SP Index’s Business Support Consultant since 2023, Rebecca joined with the goal of making a difference to a growing company, and it’s safe to say this is something she achieves daily.
Rebecca thoroughly enjoys the theatre, music, and spending time with family.
Passionate about her role within the company, Rebecca states “I love working for SP as I have the flexibility of working from home, and the people are great!”
Fraser – Director of Product & Strategy
2024 marks Fraser’s 8th year working for SP Index. Over the years, Fraser has added significant value in each role he has undertaken, and this continues in his position as Director of Product and Strategy.
“I am a dedicated professional in online vetting and excel in strategic thinking. Consistently driving SP Index projects to success, building strong professional relationships, and active in the industry community, I am committed to advancing the field through continuous improvement and sharing knowledge.”
When it comes to hobbies, Fraser enjoys all things motorsports related.
Nell – Head of Operations and Quality (Social Media Checks in Northampton)
Nell has been working with SP Index since 2010, stepping into her role as Head of Operations and Quality in 2023.
Highly experienced in various stages of research, from Social Intelligence to QA, Nell admits “You are never sure what or how you will find results and I have seen it all.”
As for what motivates Nell in her role, she states “the enjoyment is knowing you can help eliminate risk to a company and an individual with the checking process that we follow, and hopefully educate at the same time”.
Outside of work, Nell is an active user of social media, posting TikToks of her and her puppy, travel stories from her time living in Gran Canaria, and her ‘unfiltered’ face on BeReal and Snapchat.
Aimee – Social Intelligence Officer and Copywriter (Social Media Checks in Manchester)
Aimee started working for SP Index in 2023 as a Social Intelligence Officer. Due to her background in languages and cultural awareness, she was later assigned a specialist role handling Social Media Checks for the French market.
Experienced in SEO copywriting, Aimee is also a member of the marketing team, and produces engaging content for the company blog.
“It’s rewarding to work for a company that’s determined to lower risks in the workplace. The team is also friendly and supportive.”
In her personal time, Aimee loves bouldering, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Courtney – Social Intelligence Officer (Social Media Checks in Worthing)
Courtney joined the team in 2023 and appreciates “working for a company that is very passionate about what they do”.
Sharing this passion for Social Media Checks, Courtney is dedicated to high-quality research and accurate social media reports.
Courtney’s creative outlets include painting, reading, and creating informative and engaging content for her blog.
Caroline – Social Intelligence Officer (Social Media Checks in Aylesbury)
Caroline joined SP Index as a Social Intelligence Officer in 2023. As an enthusiastic member of the DevOps committee, Caroline has helped improve the research process for all Social Intelligence Officers.
“Working for SP Index as a researcher is a rewarding experience, and I always feel supported working within the team.”
In 2024, Caroline was appointed Political Advocate Expert, meaning she is trained to analyse political content objectively, and identify potential risks to political organisations.
When she isn’t at her desk, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog.
Kim – Social Intelligence Officer (Social Media Checks in Huddersfield)
Kim is our newest SP Index Social Intelligence Officer, having joined in 2024. Carrying out high-quality checks on a daily basis, Kim finds that “no two days are the same” in her role, which keeps things “interesting”.
Kim feels that her value is appreciated by the team, who are all “super supportive”.
A self-confessed Eurovision superfan, when Kim is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, drawing, and has recently started learning to bake.
